We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Sudden Valley! The forested neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and felt like we were staying at a cabin deep in the woods. We spent 2 weeks staying in the house while working from home during the day and adventuring in the afternoons. We mtn biked and trail ran at nearby Lookout Mountain, and I did many trail runs in Stimpson Family Nature Reserve which is a short jog from the front door. The house was perfect for this, it truly felt like a home away from home for our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cookware needed (we cooked a lot of meals), the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows and nice bedding, and the living space was great for our family! We grilled often on the back patio while relaxing by the fire and enjoyed the hot tub as well. We loved seeing the deers walking through the backyard most mornings. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back!

Right off mountain loop and with rustic bridge overlook, walkable path to river - location beats everything else here.. The mornings feel so peaceful to walk on the bridge or just sit in backyard.. The evenings just are so graceful to see the sunset sitting near river.. There's not much flow at this time but it worked out in our favor as we could see sunset much more peacefully with river water flowing around..
